As a result, the skirt plate can withstand higher steel throughput and maintain stable performance over extended service periods.
The plate can be supplied in fixed or adjustable configurations, depending on the application. Fixed types are bolted directly onto the cold bed base or lifting frame, ensuring stable positioning. Adjustable designs allow fine tuning of the angle or clearance, making it easier to adapt to different bar sizes and production conditions. This flexibility helps improve line stability and reduces the risk of product damage or misalignment.
