Our Single Line Pressure Rollers are specially designed for demanding conditions in hot rolling lines, where steel rods and wires pass through under constant pressure. At Ma'anshan Henghang Metallurgical Machinery Co., Ltd., we use advanced laser cladding technology to apply tungsten carbide coatings on the roller surface, giving them exceptional wear resistance, high-temperature tolerance, corrosion resistance, and impact strength. This ensures that the rollers maintain their performance even under continuous, high-stress operation.
These rollers are engineered to handle the tough conditions of rebar and wire rod production lines. During rolling, the roller surface experiences constant friction and pressure, which makes durability critical. With our precision design, these pressure rollers can process up to 150,000 tons of steel per roller with an online service life of approximately 2–3 months. Compared to conventional rollers, our laser-clad rollers offer three times the wear resistance, helping reduce downtime and improve overall production efficiency.
