Our Laser Cladding Guide Roller is specially designed for hot rolling lines producing medium and small bars or round steel. It is installed at key positions along the line to guide steel bars accurately, keep them centered, and ensure smooth, stable movement during rolling. By maintaining precise alignment, it reduces surface damage, prevents bar deviation, and helps extend the service life of downstream equipment.
The roller's base is made from high-strength carbon steel or alloy steel, providing excellent rigidity and load-bearing capacity. On top of this, the working surface is laser cladded with tungsten carbide, creating a metallurgically bonded layer that delivers outstanding wear resistance, high-temperature tolerance, corrosion resistance, and impact strength. This combination ensures the roller can handle the toughest rolling conditions while maintaining a long service life, even in continuous high-speed operation.
Unlike conventional guide rollers, our laser cladding rollers provide smooth, low-friction rotation, which minimizes vibration and protects the steel bar surface. The precise design allows for easy adjustment of roller positions, so you can quickly adapt to different bar sizes or production changes. Maintenance is also simplified: worn rollers can be replaced without disassembling the entire guide structure, saving time and reducing downtime.
