Rolling Mill Guide

Our rolling mill guide is specially designed for hot rolling lines producing medium and small-size bars and round steel. It plays a key role in keeping the steel bar accurately guided, centered, and stable as it enters and exits the rolling stand. With a reliable structure and high-performance materials, this guide helps improve rolling accuracy, reduce surface defects, and protect rolls and downstream equipment.
The guide body is made from high-strength carbon steel or alloy steel, ensuring excellent rigidity and long service life under heavy loads. For the working parts, we use wear-resistant guide rollers that can be laser cladded with tungsten carbide according to customer requirements. This surface treatment greatly improves wear resistance, high-temperature performance, and corrosion resistance, making the guide suitable for harsh hot rolling environments with high speed, high impact, and heavy scale.
Compared with conventional guides, our rolling mill guide offers much longer service life and more stable performance. The smooth roller rotation reduces friction and vibration during rolling, allowing the bar to pass through the guide smoothly without scratching or deviation. This helps achieve higher rolling precision, better surface quality, and increased steel throughput.
The structure of the guide is compact and easy to install. Roller position can be adjusted quickly and accurately, making it convenient for size changes and daily maintenance. The design also allows fast replacement of wearing parts, reducing downtime and improving overall production efficiency.
