Our Laser Cladding U-Shaped Roller is designed to tackle the toughest conditions in steel rolling lines, combining advanced technology with robust materials for outstanding performance. Using precision laser cladding, the roller surface and side faces are coated with tungsten carbide, creating a super hard layer that resists wear, corrosion, high temperatures, and heavy impact. This makes it ideal for high-load operations, capable of handling up to 500,000–600,000 tons of steel throughput.
These rollers are typically installed in key areas such as cold bed inlets, idle mill stands, and the end of cold bed conveyors. They play a critical role in supporting, guiding, and stabilizing steel bars throughout the rolling process, ensuring smooth operation and reducing vibrations, which ultimately improves efficiency and product quality.
