Roller conveyors are mainly composed of rollers, frames, supports, and drive components. The rollers, or drums, of the roller conveyor move items forward through friction between the rotating rollers and the items. They can be classified into non-powered roller conveyors and powered roller conveyors based on their drive method. In powered roller conveyors, the rollers are generally not driven individually, but rather in groups, typically using a combination of a motor and a reducer, and then driving the rollers through chain or belt drives.

1. Roller conveyors are suitable for conveying various types of goods such as boxes, bags, and pallets. Bulk materials, small items, or irregularly shaped items need to be placed on pallets or in containers for transport.

2. Roller conveyors can transport materials with very heavy single-piece weights or withstand large impact loads.

3. They have diverse structural forms. Roller conveyors can be divided into powered roller lines and non-powered roller lines according to the driving method, and into horizontal conveying roller lines, inclined conveying roller lines, and turning conveying roller lines according to the layout. They can also be specially designed according to customer requirements to meet various needs.

4. Roller lines are easy to connect and transition between, and multiple roller lines and other conveying equipment or special machines can be combined to form complex logistics conveying systems to meet various process requirements.

5. Accumulation rollers can be used to achieve material accumulation and conveying.

6. Simple structure, high reliability, and convenient use and maintenance.
