Based on their uses and materials, liner plates can be classified into the following types:

1. Ceramic Liner Plates

Ceramic liner plates are a type of high-performance, multi-functional, and high-strength liner plate, characterized by extremely high wear resistance, corrosion resistance, high-temperature resistance, and impact resistance. Generally, ceramic liner plates can be divided into alumina ceramic liner plates, silicon nitride ceramic liner plates, and silicon carbide ceramic liner plates.

2. Hard Alloy Liner Plates

Hard alloy liner plates are commonly used in heavy machinery in industries such as mining, coking, and metallurgy. They possess high strength, high hardness, high toughness, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance. Commonly used types include ultra-hard materials with a Mohs hardness exceeding 9, and tungsten-cobalt hard alloys.

3. Polyurethane Liner Plates

Polyurethane liner plates are widely used in mechanical equipment in industries such as coal mining and power generation. They are a low-cost, high-performance liner plate material. They are characterized by light weight, wear resistance, good shock absorption, and self-lubrication.

4. Rubber Liner Plates

Rubber liner plates are commonly used on screening equipment such as vibrating screens and centrifugal screens, primarily to protect the screen mesh from wear and impact. They have good elasticity, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance, providing effective protection for the screen mesh.
