(1) The liner plates are required to have excellent wear resistance.
The high-wear-resistant and impact-resistant dual-medium quenched medium-alloy steel liner plates produced in Anhui, through a scientifically and rationally designed alloy element formula, possess excellent physical and chemical properties, with a hardness of HRC45-55 or higher, and an impact toughness value of over 25J. Their service life is more than twice that of high-manganese steel. They can withstand enormous impact forces. During operation, they can maintain the surface shape of the liner plates for a long time, ensuring a stable increase in mill output by more than 5%.
(2) High strength and high toughness.
During the quenching process of the liner plates, a special dual-medium quenching agent with good thermal stability is used as the medium, enabling the product to achieve a combination of high strength, high hardness, and high toughness, thus meeting the wear resistance requirements.
(3) High cost-effectiveness and strong adaptability.
Processed with advanced dual-medium quenching technology, it features high quenching hardness and high toughness values, giving the liner plates excellent wear resistance. Compared with high-manganese steel liner plates, the medium-alloy dual-medium quenched medium-alloy steel ball mill liner plates demonstrate better cost-effectiveness. They are suitable for wet grinding, dry grinding, and mixed grinding in mines.
